drupal.org: "Drool, which was demonstrated last year at DrupalCon in Barcelona, is a command-line tool that automates the mundane tasks of managing Drupal Web sites on a server and also offers a few more novel features. It can create new sites, install modules and themes directly from drupal.org, and clone one Drupal site to another. It helps you rapidly design themes by automatically skinning images (i.e. chopping and slicing them up for CSS scaling) onto regions of a theme."
